Choose a license tier.
Zavent App and Zpectre use monthly, yearly, and perpetual direct
licenses. Polar handles self-serve checkout when a tier link is
configured; otherwise the contact path preserves your product and
tier so support can respond with the right context.

Common questions
What do the three license tiers mean?
Monthly is subscription rental and requires an active subscription;
it does not include fallback access after the subscription ends.
Yearly is an annual subscription with fallback access to the eligible
version active when the subscription lapses. Perpetual is a one-time
purchase with twelve months of updates.
Who handles checkout?
Polar is merchant of record for self-serve purchases. Polar handles
payment, tax, receipts, customer portal access, license keys,
purchase delivery items, and refund operations for the transaction.
How does the founders yearly discount work?
Founders discounts apply to yearly tiers when active. The buy page
carries the discount automatically when the yearly offer is
configured.
What happens if a tier opens contact?
The product and tier are preserved on the contact form. Use that
path for purchase questions, team needs, or cases where a checkout
link routes you to support instead of Polar.
What if I need help before buying?
Use contact for product, billing, or licensing questions. Product
and tier links preserve the selected context when a support route is needed.
What if I already have a Polar reference?
Use the support route and include the reference. For product support, contact support with the product, tier, account email, and Polar reference.
How will refunds and cancellations work?
Subscription cancellation and refund questions start in the Polar
customer portal. Zavent Data support can help with product context
and route product-specific questions.
Looking for Z-ETL, Zerde, or suite terms?
Those are scoped through an engagement conversation.
They are intentionally not part of self-serve checkout.
