This Privacy Policy explains how Ovrin Group Inc. handles personal information for zaventdata.com, Zavent Data product purchases, support, licensing inquiries, and product updates.
1. Who operates Zavent Data
Zavent Data is operated by Ovrin Group Inc., operating as Ovrin Labs. The site presents Zavent Data products, routes support and licensing inquiries, and sends customers to Polar checkout for self-serve digital-goods purchases.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to operate the site, respond to you, provide product access, and maintain customer records.

3. Information we do not collect directly
We do not directly collect, process, or store full payment card numbers. Card and payment details are handled through Polar checkout and Polar's payment-processing partners.
The Zavent Data website does not ask you to upload local workbook data, document corpora, or private datasets. Direct-license products may contact a licensing or update surface to confirm entitlement or current delivery status, but product support receives your files only when you choose to send them for help.
We do not sell personal information, rent contact lists, or use third-party advertising pixels to profile visitors across websites.
4. How we use information

- Operate checkout, licensing, benefit delivery, refunds, receipts, and customer records.
- Send product updates only when you subscribe or otherwise opt in.
- Provide support, verify license entitlement, and diagnose product issues.
- Maintain site security, prevent abuse, and comply with operational, accounting, and legal obligations.
- Understand aggregate site usage without advertising tracking.
5. Polar checkout and service providers
Self-serve purchases for Zavent App and Zpectre are processed through Polar as merchant of record. Polar handles checkout, payment processing, tax handling, receipts, customer portal access, license keys, attached download access where applicable, and refund operations for the transaction. We receive the customer, product, tier, license, delivery, and transaction records needed to deliver and support the purchase.
Polar's handling of buyer information is governed by Polar's own legal terms and privacy policy. You can review Polar's legal documents from the checkout flow or at Polar's legal pages.
We may also use service providers for hosting, intake delivery, support, newsletter delivery, analytics, security, and internal operations. These providers are used to operate Zavent Data; they are not permitted by us to use your personal information for their own advertising.
6. Forms, anti-spam checks, cookies, and analytics
When you submit a contact or newsletter form, we use the information you provide to validate the request, reduce abuse, route the message, and respond where appropriate. These checks may include required fields, email-format validation, message-length checks, routing details, and hidden anti-spam fields.
zaventdata.com is designed to avoid advertising cookies and cross-site tracking. We may use essential cookies or local browser storage where needed for site functionality, checkout state, security, or form operation.
We do not use third-party advertising analytics. If aggregate site analytics are enabled, they are used to understand site performance and usage trends, not to profile visitors for advertising.

- Purchase and license records are kept as needed for delivery, refunds, tax/accounting records, and support.

For missing license keys, missing download access, activation issues, or product support, contact us with your Polar checkout reference.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for the information we handle, including encrypted transport, limited access, operational logging, and review of data-handling practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit the information we collect and to protect the information we need to keep.
10. International processing
Ovrin Group Inc. is administered from Ontario, Canada. Some service providers, including Polar and payment-processing partners, may process information in other countries. Those providers may be subject to the laws of the jurisdictions where they operate.
11. Children's privacy
Zavent Data is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@zaventdata.com so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the site, products, checkout flow, or support operations change. The “Last updated” date shows when this page was last revised. Material changes may also be communicated to active customers or subscribers where appropriate.
